Balancing your time with less stress

When it comes to time management tips, I am nowhere an expert. But I can talk about few things that can balance your time with less stress. Balancing is an art and it takes time, experience, and a period of practice and that’s what today’s blog is all about and I hope this can help you.

Let's learn to balance like these stones:

1. Routine matures your habit:

When you do a task again and again on a daily basis, it becomes a habit. Over months you do that particular task, no matter whatever busy schedule you’re in.

For example: Let’s take a very simple task we used to do in the morning: Checking our phones. We used to do that after we get up in the morning, no matter what. This is a habit and it rarely changes.

Same way, Routine is simple and it is basically a to-do list you create for the day. Doing that routine will become a habit and eventually, you can be more creative in your routine because you’re certain, particular, and habitual.

So whenever you want to bring a particular habit into your life,

  • Put it into your day-day routine.

  • Practice day today

  • Until it became a habit.

2. Own your time:

We all are in a world that is so fast and quick and we tend to apply that fastness in our lives. The faster you’re, the more stability you tend to miss.

“I don’t have enough time” has become a famous sentence when it comes to time management. We have enough time but We don’t know to own it.

This is pretty straightforward, You need to put that choice before actually doing it.

You should study because you wanted to. You’re lazy because you don’t find that creativeness for that task. Let it be. You want to meet your friends because you want to.

Choice of your own time is in your own hands. You wanted to do something because you wanted to, so always do what you want.

3. Daily “PIN Tak”

What do you mean by this? It’s pretty simple. In a day, All you need is to plan that one important task you wish to complete with other random tasks. It can be your evening should be spent with your friends, Finishing college work, Hitting the gym. That one particular task you need to complete no matter what and this task will be your

“DAILY HIGHLIGHT”.

So You should be wise in choosing your pin task for that day.

The habit of completing the pinned task can actually motivate you and this can balance your time with other tasks with less stress.

4. Time Blocking:

This is the simplest way to balance your tasks. We are all an expert in time blocking and we use it pretty well when we have an exam tomorrow and we are left with 10 chapters to cover in, right?

1 chapter= 1 Hour so 10 Chapters=10 hours. This is Time blocking.

  • The first rule of time blocking is to block your time for the pinned task.

  • Have a time blocking for your other tasks.

  • Have a time blocked totally for yourself. You can do whatever you want at that particular time.

To give you a caution, Time blocking takes practice. You can do it on the first day but not on your third, fourth day. Be consistent and love the process.

5. The choice to be “___________”

The last thing about balancing your time is actually being satisfied with whatever you’ve done at the end of the day. Always try to do that one pinned task to keep motivating yourself.

But it’s okay if you couldn’t focus, You always have a tomorrow.

If you made this day productive, make that tomorrow even more productive.

Always find that choice to be satisfied and don’t hurt yourself.

Let's take a quick blink:

  1. Habit takes time but practices until you master it.

  2. Keeping Daily highlights really covers your time with great vibes. But choose wisely.

  3. The choice to be satisfied at the end of the day.

Thank you guys for reading till the end and I hope this blog helped you.

Until then.....
