Not to keep someone proud but to keep ourselves. This pandemic was hard for everyone to accept, sitting idle at home, seeing ourselves tied up with no outdoor activity. We faced a lot of anxiety, stress and a mild depression too. But nothing remains too long right? The movement of accepting and adopting started when we acted to tackle the situation.
We've upgraded ourselves to supply the correct amount of energy, starting with personal habits, professional habits, friendship and relationship habits. Some had the time of their lives, while others had just ended one of their worst relationships.
What could be better than discovering your actual calling? We've all found and identified the right thing, which may or may not be our cup of coffee. You may have carefully considered both the best professional and personal path. This is a key takeaway from the pandemic. Despite the fact that we have a lot of work ahead of us, we know how to deal with the situation.

Personal care is very important and the whole thing is about taking time for yourselves. This is the best time one can devote for personal well-being. Take care of your mind, body, health, and face.
Many of us suck at starting things and we still blame that we haven't got enough opportunities. So whatever you are up to, start is the important lesson you should do. Only the process of doing things can actually teach you a lesson.
Family time. Let's make our loved ones happier. Call your best friend and remind them that you are alive.
The important thing about improvising is constantly making efforts. Journaling is an important part, it need not be regular but try to write about your behavioral changes, professional paths, long term goals. This can constantly make you devote the right energy.

What is meant is devoting the appropriate amount of time to yourself. Keep exploring yourselves, Keep loving yourselves and keep supporting the people in need.
