We all believe stress, depression, and anger are all one form of energy but it is not. Stress is a normal part of life and it's a short-term feeling. Anger is a very good emotion and it is not bad. Depression is a mental condition and it's a long-term game.

No emotion is a connection by the way. You believe you’re angry and stressed at the same time which is not. Let’s get deeper into these beautiful emotions and I will share some great insights about them.
1. Anticipatory anxiety:
So what’s this? Most of us are so tired of this lockdown, we’re restricted and controlled and most importantly we have so much “free time” despite studying, playing, and binge-watching.
The thing is our minds are always wondering and anticipating the future. Digging the mistakes of our past. Most of the time “we are not in the presence”. Its anticipation about your future or the past.
This is a serious thing and I don't think it's a waste of time, but it is when we consume more of our energy on what's in the future.
Then, How to be in the present?
The answer is being aware of “you-not being in the present. Whenever you lose yourself in the future, tell yourself “this is not working with me”.
Swap a new behavior that is as cool as listening to music or playing with your friends.
One important thing is we should not feel stressed about the future and believe it's not in someone's hand, it's in your own hands. You create your own destiny.
2. Stress and anger:
This is simple and understandable. “You can't avoid both of them” Agree? You can't avoid either your mind from thinking bad stuff or the person who is creating this.
When it comes to anger “I have the biggest issue” and I don't know what the hell I am doing in the first place when my anger strikes my head. The thing we feel so bad about getting angry and you shouldn’t. See, we are all humans and we are not made of all sweet and lime.
Stress is a good emotion and most of the experts believe it too. We feel so attentive and focused when we are stressed about not completing something important.
Both emotions are good but there are two points you should never see your emotions fly towards:
3C’s
Compare
Complain
Criticize
Never be angry at yourself if someone is better than you. Comparing, complaining, and criticizing “you-not being them” is totally a bullshit thing. So never do this to yourself.
Negative emotions:
Being angry on the right things -I am at your back. But showing your anger or stress shouldn’t be based on ego, envy, greed, lust, and illusion.
3. Depression:
Yeah! I know nobody could understand the pain you are going through. You feel so struck, unable to free yourself. We are so clueless about “what the other thing or person has done to us, or we did to them. Right?
But what if life itself is giving a bad gift and you have no chance to deny it. Depression is always a bad play but we can fail one time, learn, re-learn and come back stronger than before.
We became so comfortable with being depressed sometimes. We blame everything because we feel depressed and most importantly it has become a constant word for your failure.
I don't have an answer on how to control depression because we all use it so constantly. Guys, it's not the depression you are facing but the problem of the illusion you are creating that you have depression. Depression is not the right way to live a life and please don't stick to the illusion.
As I always say it's your life neither the person nor the depression should control you.
4. Problem is an opportunity:
See, you are never given a problem that you can't handle. Every problem that comes in front of you is to make you realize that
You have the potential
You have the talent
You have the ability
You have the skill.
If your life is so smooth, without any problem, you will just eat, sleep and become duller and duller. So never feel that you are constantly into this illusion of a problem.
Stay awake, aware, achieve and keep pursuing happiness in all forms.
Thank you for reading. Please reach out to your close ones if you feel helpless. we all are facing great pandemic things so just stay awake and keep learning. Let us hope this gets over soon until then please take care of yourself and stay safe.
